Job Objective:

We are in search of a visionary Concept Artist / Content Strategist who will lead and inspire our concept art team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic talent and strategic thinking, capable of developing compelling visual languages and narratives that resonate with our audience. You will be instrumental in guiding the visual direction of our projects from conception through to production, ensuring that our creative vision is realized with integrity and impact.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create and communicate a consistent and compelling visual narrative across various projects.
• Develop a distinct visual language that effectively conveys our concepts and ideas.
• Influence project direction through expert knowledge in concept design and content strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of concept artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, making informed decisions to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure the production of high-quality visual assets, including character, prop, and environment concept art.
• Collaborate closely with Studio Directors, providing valuable feedback and insights to guide project development.
• Contribute to the concept art team by maintaining a personal repository of reference materials, research, and sketches.
• Utilize advanced artistic and technical tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter) to create stunning final art for production.
