Responsibilities and Duties:

  • We are looking for an experienced client servicing associate to handle all client inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Reaching out to existing clients, engage the client, work on their briefs service their needs on ongoing basis.
  • Identify and network prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain healthy business relations with new and existing clients, negotiate, close business deal ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Understands the client brief, research and prepare client presentations, reports creation and implemented marketing plan for their brand recognition.
  • Make plans for upcoming campaigns, co-ordinate for operations and planning and ensure the execution of the same on time at Pan India level. 
  • Well aware of competition in the market, also shares comp info with clients. 
  • Collaborate with design team to ideate and adapt effective marketing material to be used by clients for various OOH & DOOH solutions.
  • Agency & Clients handling for all OOH executions. 
  • Good Control on Media associates.
  • Collaborate with the relevant internal and external departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management.
  • Developed strategies to engage with clients/prospects and prepared customized proposals to Initiate a dialogue and provide information regarding advertising services with All About Outdoor.
  • Make recommendations to clients in increase of OOH advertising. 
  • Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio.
  • Should be committed to helping clients and able to work well under pressure.
  • Establish and maintains relationships with outside vendors [photographers, printers, suppliers, etc.] to best support and supplement marketing goals objectives.

  • Can be able to handle work pressure. 
  • Adapting successfully to changing situations & environments.
  • Proactive and a Self-Starter.

Experience 

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience of Client Servicing inOOH/Digital/Media/Advertising Industry. 
  • Any Graduate/PG/ Master/Any Other relevant Degree with experience in similar profile and similar industry.
